Margarita Levieva was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. Prior to being an actress, she was a gymnast. She started her training program as a competitive gymnast at the age of three. Eventually, she became part of the Russian rhythmic gymnastics Olympic team and won several competitions in Russia. As an actress, she appeared in television programs like Law & Order, The Prince, and What's Not to Love. Moreover, she was featured by New York Magazine as one of the 50 Most Beautiful People in New York. At present, she is part of the television series, Vanished as Mary Collins.

Mary Collins is the 17- year old daughter of Senator Jeffrey Collins and step daughter of the missing Sara Collins . Her boyfriend is Wallace Rainer. Previously, she got pregnant but had a miscarriage.
